Purpose Made's work spans IP strategy for major entertainment studios, transformation programmes for government and multinationals, and advisory for founders and boards. Most of it sits under NDA, so what appears here is the work clients have agreed to share.
An example of recent work is the Payday franchise for Starbreeze Entertainment: a Franchise Foundation & Future Mapping Initiative to audit, document and develop the foundational knowledge of the franchise, and to lay the creative and commercial groundwork for its transmedia expansion. The outcome was a comprehensive IP bible, a core canon bible, and an action plan framed around Repair, Reset, Reimagine.
